East Anglia Site Services is operated by Marius Martinaitis, trading as East Anglia Site Services / Martinaitis Ventures. Business contact address: Flat 9, Stanbrook House, Abbots Gate, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 2GG. This directory and enquiry platform connects customers with independent service suppliers. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, quotations, availability, work, licences, insurance and legal compliance.

No endorsement or guarantee

A listing, match, review or search position does not guarantee suitability, availability, quality or outcome. Customers should make their own checks before engaging a supplier.

User content

Users must submit lawful, accurate content and must not misuse the service, impersonate others, upload harmful material or interfere with platform security. Reviews may be moderated.

Accounts

Account holders are responsible for safeguarding access to their account. We may restrict or suspend use where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or compliance.

Free and future paid plans

Creating an account and an approved Basic listing cost £0 and require no payment card. Approval, a particular search position and enquiries are not guaranteed. Featured plans and the Founding 50 offer are described on the Plans page but cannot be bought or claimed yet. Registration does not reserve a Founding place or create a payment obligation. Before paid enrolment opens, the checkout will show the actual benefits, total price and taxes, billing period, cancellation process and applicable terms. A paid plan starts only after an explicit order; a free trial never converts automatically to a charge.

Platform changes

Features, listings and availability may change as the service develops. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting active users. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
